3. Approval of February 20, 2001, minutes.

4. Resolution(s) for adoption

Resolution P.C. 01-3 approving the requested Variances to allow guest parking to be located behind tandem parking and to allow a portion of the side yard to count towards a portion of required open space at 2059 Monterey Boulevard.
Resolution P.C. 01-4 approving the requested Variance to allow roof elements that exceed the height limit to cover more than five percent of the roof at 1303 Hermosa Avenue.
Resolution P.C. 01-5 approving a Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan, and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 26205 for a two unit condominium project at 1144 Cypress Avenue.

7. TEXT 01-1 -- Text amendment to Section 17.46.240 regarding antennas satellite dishes and similar equipment.

Staff Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said text amendment.

8. TEXT 01-2 -- Text amendment to Section 17.46.070 regarding architectural projections.

Staff Recommended Action: To recommend approval of said text amendment.

9. PDP 01-3/PARK 01-1 -- Precise Development Plan and Parking Plan for alterations to an existing retail and entertainment center to accommodate offices, a health and fitness club, and retail uses at 1605 Pacific Coast Highway, Hermosa Pavilion (continued from February 20, 2001 meeting).

Staff Recommended Action: Re-notice for future meeting.

10. CON 00-24/PDP 00-26 -- Conditional Use Permit, Precise Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 26219 for a two-unit condominium at 222 Culper Court (continued from January 16 and February 20, 2001 meetings).
