Due to the lack of a quorum, the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Hermosa Beach, California, adjourned on Thursday, August 7, 1997, at the hour of 6:15 P.M., to an Adjourned Regular Meeting to conduct commission interviews on Tuesday, August 12, 1997, at the hour of 6:00 P.M., to be followed by the Regular Meeting at 7:10 P.M.
