Public Hearing: The adoption of a Resolution of Intention and the introduction of an ordinance to amend the City’s contract with the California Public Employees’ Retirement System to offer the retirement formulas known as 3% at 55 for Fire Safety Employees, 3% at 50 for Police Safety Employees, and 2% at 55 for miscellaneous employees. The effective date of said amendment is to be January 1, 2001.
