RECOMMENDATION TO DENY CLAIM

Recommendation:

It is recommended that City Council deny the following claim and refer it to the City's Liability Claims Administrator.

Allegation : Claimant stepped barefoot on hot barbeque coals in City park; claims City negligent in not posting signs re. No dumping of hot coals on ground.
