RENEWAL OF CONTRACT WITH
RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that Council authorize the City Manager to sign a contract agreement with All City Management Services.
BACKGROUND The City of Hermosa Beach has been contracting out crossing guard services for the past several years with All City Management Services of Los Angeles. The police department and the school district officials have been very pleased with the services provided by All City Management during this time. The management of the contract is the responsibility of the police department. On those occasions when All City Management is unable to staff a particular location with a crossing guard, a parking enforcement officer or a police officer is then detailed to that assignment.
FISCAL IMPACT The funds for this contract have been appropriated for the current fiscal year (2000-2001) budget approved by the City Council in June of 2000. ($55,373.00)
