10. TEXT 98-5 -- Text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
regarding residential development standards and adoption of an
Environmental Negative Declaration (continued from July 20,
1999 meeting).
Staff Recommended Action
: To consider the proposed text amendment and direct staff to
return with a resolution at the next regularly scheduled
meeting.

RETURN WITH TEXT AMENDMENT TO AMEND NUMBER OF STORIES
REQUIREMENT R-2 ZONE AND CONTINUED OTHER STANDARDS TO
