CITY HALL COMPLEX RENOVATIONS

Recommendation:

Approve an additional $1,323.00 to Gillis & Associates for engineering required to move the Police Department air conditioning unit to the roof of the Council Chambers.

Analysis:

The following is a breakdown of additional fees requested by Gillis & Associates:

Structural Engineer	$ 500.00
HVAC Engineer	$ 650.00
Gillis & Associates 15%	$ 173.00
Total	$ 1,323.00

This additional fee will not increase the overall cost of the City Hall Complex renovations.
