ADDITIONAL WORK REQUIRED ON INTEGRATED RISK ASSESSMENT BY ASPEN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP

TOTAL ADDITIONAL COST - $10,500

Recommendation:

That the City Council ratify the action of the City Manager to complete the "Aspen Study" by authorizing the additional work necessary as a result of public input received at the Stakeholders Meeting.

Background:

The Aspen Environmental Group provided a proposal to address the issues raised by participants at the Stakeholders Meeting on July 8, 1998. A copy of their proposal is attached. This work is necessary in order to provide a complete report to the City Council and the Community. The additional cost is $10,500.
