CITY HALL RENOVATIONS CIP 95-622
Recommendation:
Approve $16,650 to Gillis & Associates for additional design work on the Council Chambers.
Background:
On August 12th staff met with the council sub-committee and made several changes to the interior renovations of the Council Chambers. Gillis & Associate's request for the additional fee is a result of the changes made by this sub-committee, and for dividing the project into two phases.
