BENCHES FOR NOBLE PARK

Recommendation:

That the City Council authorize the purchase and installation of three (3) benches for Noble Park and appropriate $3,500 from the Parks Fund to cover the cost.

Background:

Councilmember Edgerton requested that staff place this item on the agenda for review and approval by the City Council. It appears that three more benches could be placed in the park. Each of the benches costs approximately $1000. This would bring the total cost to $3500. Funds are available in the present budget to cover the cost if appropriated by the City Council.
