It is recommended that the City Council deny the following claims and refer them to the City's Liability Claim Administrator.

Allegation : Claimant alleges City's negligence to properly maintain or repair public walkway caused her to trip and fall on broken tile resulting in injury.

2. Claimant : Atkinson/Durell

Date of Loss : 10/14/98

Date Filed : 03/17/99

Allegation : Claimants allege violation of civil rights.

A copy of the claim is on file with the City Clerk's office.
