RECOMMENDATION TO DENY CLAIM

Recommendation:

It is recommended that City Council deny the following claim and refer it to the City's Liability Claims Administrator.

• Claimant : Christopher M. Scott
• Date of Loss : 10/22/97
• Date Filed : 04/21/98
• Allegation : Claimant alleges he was arrested, searched, and vehicle impounded, without cause or necessity.

A copy of the claim is available in the Office of the City Clerk for review.
In addition the City received the following claim which has been resolved.

• Claimant : Shelby O'Hern
• Date of Loss: 02/14/98
• Date Filed : 03/04/98
• Damage : City vehicle backed into claimant's car.
• Disposition : City reimbursed claimant $598.84 for vehicle damage
