RECOMMENDATION TO DENY CLAIM

Recommendation:

It is recommended that City Council deny the following claim and refer it to the City's Liability Claims Administrator.

Date Filed : 06/23/98

Allegation : Claimant alleges she drove her car over city-owned storm

drain pipe in parking lot. The underside of her car was

scraped, causing damage to the muffler.
