A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
25TH STREET
Recommendation : It is recommended that the City Council continue the public hearing on this item to the April 24, 2001, meeting.
Background : On March 13, 2001, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 01-6118, setting the Public Hearing for the proposed street vacation for April 10, 2001. Staff is recommending that this item be continued in order to insure that proper notice has been given to the public.
