That the City Council review the attached information provided by the City Attorney and provide direction to staff on how to proceed.

Background:

The City Council received several letters from residents in Marineland Mobilehome Park. The residents expressed concerns about increasing rents, the overall condition of the common areas, and State enforcement of the Mobilehome Parks Act.
