REVIEW OF AGREEMENT WITH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Recommendation:

That the City Council review the agreement and provide any direction to staff.

Background:

Staff was directed to schedule this item as a result of the discussion concerning the shuttle bus program at the last meeting. As you will recall, the City and Chamber entered into an agreement for the Fiestas in January 1996. The agreement provides for the Chamber to operate the Fiestas through 2000, requires payment of fees, issuance of permits, and provides an opportunity for an annual review. A copy of the agreement is attached for your review.
