ADDITIONAL METING DATES
MONDAY, APRIL 23RD AND MONDAY, APRIL 30TH
TO REVIEW VALLEY PARK WORKING DRAWING AND
PIER IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE III

 

Recommendation:

1. That the City Council set Monday, April 23, 2001 at 7:00pm to review and approve the Valley Park Improvement Plans; and,
2. That the City Council set Monday, April 30, 2001 at 7:00pm to review the Pier Improvements - Phase III.

 

Background:

The suggested meeting dates for these two projects will allow staff and the consulting teams to respond to any concerns expressed by the City Council and make any changes to move them along to the next step.

If there are any specific issues that staff needs to obtain additional information on for these two meetings, please let us know as we have time to obtain it prior to the suggest meetings dates.
