RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT

CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND EXECUTE ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS

ON BEHALF OF THE CITY

 

Recommendation:

That the City Council adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept on behalf of the City certain real property and dispose of the property in accordance with escrow instructions. (Resolution will be provided on Tuesday evening)

 

Background:

These resolutions are required in order for the City to complete the real property transfer as set forth in the escrow instructions. This includes all required documents to accept the property on behalf of the City, dispose of the property, and record the transactions.
