SET SPECIAL MEETING FOR TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 1999, FOR REVIEW OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
Recommendation:
That the City Council hold a Special Study Session on March 30, 1999 to review zoning standards for multi-family residential development and non-conforming residential projects.
Background:
Pursuant to your direction, staff has developed the information requested to hold a study session on changing certain development standards. This information will be distributed next week so everyone has plenty of time to review the material.
