REQUEST FOR MEETING DATE CHANGE FROM TUESDAY OCTOBER 14, 1997 TO THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1997.

The League of California Cities Annual Conference ends on Tuesday, October 14, 1997. In order to allow attendance at the meeting and for Council to have time to review agenda items, it is recommended that the meeting be moved to Thursday, October 16, 1997.
