MUNICIPAL WATER CONSUMERS ALLIANCE FOR
REFORM OF WATER REPLENISHMENT DISTRICT

 

Recommendation:

That the City Council consider becoming a member of the Alliance (no cost membership).

 

Background:

I have attached a letter from the Mayors of Artesia, Cerritos, Lakewood, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs and Signal Hill. The purpose of the Alliance is to achieve reform of the Water Replenishment District. A copy of the state audit report is attached along with other information supplied by the cities.
