PROPOSAL FOR A NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION

Recommendation:

Consider proposal and request for contribution of $5,000 to the event.

Background:

Attached is a proposal for a New Year's Eve celebration. As you will recall, this was before you at the last meeting as an "Other Matters" item and set for discussion at this meeting. It was also requested that the City Council consider a $5,000 contribution to the event.
