      RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council review and discuss the initiative and determine whether or not to take a position. If the decision is made to support the initiative, adopt the resolution.

   2. PROPOSED BEACH DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1; ENGINEERS REPORT APPROVAL; AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS ALLOWING THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE PROPOSED DISTRICT TO VOTE ON THE ASSESSMENTS. APPROVE THE CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A PRIVATE PLACEMENT BOND SALE WITH THE FIRM OF NORTHCROSS, HILL AND ACH IN THE AMOUNT OF $5000.00.
