RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

The Closed Session convened on Tuesday, September 13, 2005, at the hour of 4:05 p.m. At the hour of 5:04 p.m., the Closed Session adjourned to the Regular Meeting.

ORAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

There were no decisions made requiring a public announcement.

ADJOURNMENT
