RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

The Closed Session convened on Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at the hour of 6:16 p.m. At the hour of 6:45 p.m., the Closed Session adjourned to the Regular Meeting.

There were no decisions made requiring a public announcement.
