RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

The Closed Session convened on Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at the hour of 6:04 p.m. At the hour of 7:58 p.m., the Closed Session adjourned to the Regular Meeting.

There were no decisions made requiring a public announcement.

ADJOURNMENT
