RECOMMENDATION: TO REVIEW PROPOSAL FROM THE SKATE-

BOARD PARK SUBCOMMITTEE.

B. Vetter Windmill at Greenwood Park

RECOMMENDATION: TO APPROVE AND RECOMMEND TO CITY

COUNCIL ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. REMOVE THE WINDMILL AND REDESIGN THE PARK;
2. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE WINDMILL WITH A NEW OPERABLE WINDMILL;
3. REPAIR THE EXISTING WINDMILL.
