Civic Theater Fee Waiver for Sandpipers

Recommendation: To waive performance fees, clean-up fees, and damage deposits of the Civic Theater for their two general membership meetings and a fashion show between January and March 2002.

Recommendation to accept a donation of $8,000 from Chevron to be used for the annual Surf Camp. Action : To accept donation.

Recommendation to approve lease renewal agreements between the City and ARC, Easter Seals and South Bay Youth Project. Action : Approve staff recommendation.

Recommendation to approve lease agreement between the City and the Community Center Foundation. Action : Approve staff recommendation.

Recommendation to approve the renewal of the City flag display program for July 4 th , Veteran’s Day & Memorial Day. Action : Approve staff recommendation.

Recommendation to approve "Picnic in the Outfield" at Clark Stadium on 9/22/01 from 11:00 to 4:00 pm and to appropriate funds from donations expense account.
