Recommendation to approve this request and subsequent
others from the United States Surfing Federation to conduct
amateur surfing contests on the beach south of the Hermosa
Beach Pier on November 4
th
and November 11
th
from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; waive participant/spectator fee;
and, approve the event contract.
