Recommendation that the City Council waive parking fees
and time limits for the meters along Pier Avenue (from
Manhattan Avenue to Hermosa Avenue) and on Hermosa Avenue
(between Eighth and Sixteenth Streets) during the Sand and
Strand Run on Sunday, February 11, 2001, from 7 AM –
12 PM.
