Recommendation: To consider whether or not to place this item on the July agenda.

Lease Renewal Agreement between the City of Hermosa Beach and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. for Room 6B in the Community Center

Recommendation: To approve the attached lease renewal agreement between the City of Hermosa and Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. for Room 6B in the Community Center
