NOTICE OF A HEARING BEFORE THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO CLOSE 30TH STREET WEST OF SEPULVEDA NEAR THE BMW DEALERSHIP AND A REQUEST TO INSTALL STOP SIGNS ON ARDMORE AT 30TH STREET

HEARING -- MARCH 14, 2001

     WHAT’S BEING DISCUSSED:

Review of a request from the surrounding residents for the closure of 30th Street adjacent to the South Bay BMW dealership to mitigate conflicts between residential and commercial traffic and changes in land use, and, a request to install boulevard stop signs on Ardmore at 30th Street to improve traffic safety.

    WHY THIS AD:

A public forum will be held to give you an opportunity to talk about the issues before any changes take place in your neighborhood .

    WHERE & WHEN:

A hearing, open to the public, will be held at the Public Works Commission meeting on Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at 7:30pm or shortly thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.
