Response from Caltrans:
- Why are there raised landscaped medians on Sepulveda
Boulevard in the City of Manhattan Beach but none on
Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Hermosa Beach?
Response
- Mr. Jim Lissner of Hermosa Beach indicated that he
recalls Caltrans having promised to perform a parking study
along Pacific coast Highway to determine the impact of the
lost curbside parking as a result of a Caltrans project
seven or eight years ago. If this is correct, what is the
status of the parking study? Letter of request has been
sent to Caltrans.
