Recommendation: Support the Adopt-A-Storm Drain Program

  1. Request to Install T’s & L’s with Red Curb between Spaces on the 600 Block of Gould Avenue

Recommendation: Deny request.

  1. Request for creation of a 3-way stop on Valley Drive at 11th Street

Recommendation: Deny the request for a 3-way stop on Valley Drive at 11th Street; direct Staff to conduct a new speed survey on Valley Drive.

  1. Request For 120 Feet Of Red Curb South Side Of Gould Avenue , West Of Porter Lane

Recommendation:

  1. Deny the request to install 120 feet of red curb on the south side of Gould Avenue west of Porter Lane;
  2. Direct Staff to install 20 feet of red curb on the south side of Gould Avenue west of Porter Lane; and
  3. Direct Staff to research the feasibility of adopting an ordinance or resolution to prohibit the parking of vehicles that are six feet or more in height within 100 feet of an intersection.

Recommendation: Review and comment on the Draft Scope of Work .
