RECOMMENDATION TO DENY CLAIM

Recommendation:

It is recommended that City Council deny the following claim and refer it to the City's Liability Claims Administrator.

1. Claimant : Ernest Herrera

Date of Loss : On or about 7/13/97

Date Filed : 07/24/97

Allegation : Claimant alleges assault, battery & false imprisonment.

A copy of the claim is available in the Office of the City Clerk for review.

In addition to the above the City has received and resolved the following claim:

1. Claimant : Joel Andrykowski

Date of Loss: 06/16/97

Damage : Broken hydrant reflector on City street damaged vehicle tire.

Disposition : City paid $185.20 for costs incurred by claimant to

replace tire.
