    Letter from Jackie LaBouff, Executive Director of PROJECTtouch, requesting additional fee waivers for parking meters, including the parking structure, utilized during the Sand & Strand run on March 8, 2003.
    Recommendation: To approve the request for fee waivers of additional parking meters in specified areas, such as Hermosa Avenue between 8th and 16th Streets, Lot B, and 11th Street.

  6. Matters for Commission Consideration

    1. Great Autos of Yesteryear Classic Car Club Display (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To approve the request from Great Autos of Yesteryear Classic Car Club, a non-profit organization, to conduct a Car Club display on the Plaza April 26, 2003 from 10 AM to 3 PM and to waive the $1.20 per participant/spectator fee.
