    1. City Tree Subcommittee (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To assign a Commissioner to the City Tree Subcommittee to support the planting and care of trees appropriate to Hermosa Beach.

    2. 2002 World AIDS Day (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To approve the request from the South Bay Family Healthcare Center (formerly known as the South Bay Free Clinic) to hold a World AIDS Day event on Sunday, December 1, 2002 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm in the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza.

    3. Lifeguard Tower (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To assign the Museum Subcommittee to work with the Historical Society and staff to develop a conceptual plan to use one of the lifeguard towers as a monument on the Community Center lawn.

    4. September 11 Commemorative Program (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To approve the request from Beach Cities Health District to use the end of the Municipal Pier to hold a Commemorative Program on Wednesday, September 11, 2002 from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.
