    Recommendation: To receive and file.

  6. Matters for Commission Consideration

    1. Civic Theatre Fee Waiver for Sandpipers (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To approve theatre rental fee waiver as requested by Sandpipers, but to charge a refundable damage deposit fee of $500.

    2. New Year's Eve Celebration

      Recommendation: To discuss entertainment venue options for Pier Plaza on Wednesday, December 31, 2003.

    3. Summer Sunset Concert Series 2004

      Recommendation: To discuss the role of commission. To explore sponsorship opportunities. To suggest music selections.

    4. Movies on the Beach (PDF File)

      Recommendation: To approve the request for Makai Events to host "Movies on the Beach" for two consecutive evenings, the last weekend in September 2003.
